Project Sales Engineer / Account Manager

Primary duties include but not limited to the following:

  • Generate successful project sales
  • Develop and maintain relationship with clients
  • Act as a pre-sales consultant by personally meeting clients to present products and services offered
  • Propose energy-saving solutions and determine client needs
  • Administer presentations for corporate/industrial accounts
  • Gather and evaluate data from potential customers
  • Follow-up on project status
  • Monitor after-sales service and maintenance
  • Respond to technical concerns of customers
  • Create sales progress reports and participate in weekly team discussions

    Requirements:

  • At least a Short Course / Bachelor's Degree related to Engineering, Architecture, Marketing and other related fields
  • At least 2 years of selling experience
  • Preferably knowledgeable in lighting industry, water treatment industry, or air conditioning / HVAC related fields.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy and conscientious.
  • Goal-oriented and can deal with company targets and objectives.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Manila.

    Secretary / Assistant to the President

    Primary duties include but not limited to the following:

  • Create quotations and proposals for company projects
  • Monitor status of projects
  • Coordinate with sales agents on project status
  • Organize office documents and files
  • Answer calls and emails
  • Other administrative tasks, as applicable

    Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Possesses common sense
  • At least 1 year working experience in organization & administrative work
  • Proficient in both oral and written communication (English)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Can work independently
  • Trustworthy and conscientious
  • Goal-oriented and can deal with company targets and objectives.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Manila.
